Rhapsody: a vibrant 24sqm unit at University Tower 3

Keep your space feeling bright and warm year ‘round, with popping colors! #Minimalist #MidCentury #Modern #Scandinavian

Mid-century modern interior isn’t all about cramming the space with every color you can find. Mid-century modern, with Scandinavian touches, takes an understated, “less is more” approach that emphasizes carefully-curated design and color elements.

The Area

Maximizing a 24sqm unit for full function of a home and to welcome a few dear guests, Béton Brut decided on an open space plan.

Living / Dining / Office

To keep the highlight of the Rhapsody minimalist yet multi-functional, the area has been converted into a living, office, and dining area –– with an extra pull-out table under the work desk, to be able to accommodate an additional dining space for two when needed.

Kitchen

Béton Brut designed the kitchen area to be bright and simple, while providing maximum storage solutions to minimize future clutter.

Bedroom

Wood panels are used to visually separate the bedroom and the living area, without compromising the open space plan.

T&B

Teal is one of the fun shades that were seen during the decades mid-century modern covered. As for shapes, circles paired with rectangles are a chic complement that ensures that this T&B will stay timeless for decades.
