We, at Béton Brut, believe that a 27 sqm unit could be transformed for big living: using concrete for unique home design, modular cabinets to minimize visual clutter, and reflective tinted glass to give the studio unit an open feel.

Living

To maintain a clean aesthetic, cabinets are built around the unit, maximizing every inch for storage. The living room features a multi-function bench. Above is a LED strip, to give highlight to the wall of the living area.

Dining

Located adjacent to the living area, the dining is made to be an extension for welcoming to seat a maximum of 8 guests. Béton Brut understands that space at Shore Residences is at a premium, so the team made a dining table that doubles as a work desk –– perfect for work-from-home setups.

Kitchen

The black-on-black pieces gives continuity to the kitchen-to-living-area-transition. Béton Brut made sure that the kitchen would be easy-to-clean, with a slab of painted glass for backsplash.

Bedroom

A tinted glass divider separates the bed from the rest of the unit, providing a sense of privacy and comfort to both owners and visitors. The wardrobe, built with reflective glass doors, makes the area look bigger.

T&B

Special thanks to Rent Sale for the BEFORE image.

Playing with the textures of polished concrete, textured tiles, tinted glass, and marble slabs define the T&B, which go well with its quality fixtures –– giving the space a sleek feel.
